is a private ticket broker and is not affiliated with
any venue, box office, TicketMaster, Tickets.com,
or any of their respective affiliates.
MLB
Tickets Now DOES NOT SELL TICKETS AT FACE VALUE. OUR
TICKETS ARE PREMIUM SEATING FOR SOLD OUT AND HARD
TO FIND EVENTS. OUR SELLING PRICE IS DETERMINED BY
OUR COST FOR OBTAINING THESE TICKETS.
Pricing and Availability :

Since tickets are bought and sold on an
open market prices and availability are
subject to change at anytime. If your
first choice of seats is not available,
MLB Tickets Now reserves the right
to offer the choice to downgrade or upgrade
the order to the next available category
of seats with an appropriate price abatement
or increase respectively. In this event,
MLB Tickets Now will contact you either
via phone or e-mail for your consent prior
to order completion.
Times are subject to change without notice.
Purchase Policy :

When placing your order please select
a delivery method that allows enough time
for you to receive you order before the
event occurs. MLB Tickets Now is not
responsible for deliveries that take longer
than the estimated times. If you have
not received your tickets within 48 hours
prior to the event you have an obligation
to notify MLB Tickets Now. All sales
are final. We are not responsible for
lost or stolen tickets, change of venue,
date, time, or rainout. No customer initiated
refunds, cancellations, or exchanges allowed
with the exception of a canceled event.
If a concert, sporting, or MLB event
is cancelled, only the face value will
be refunded less a 10 dollar service charge
per ticket. Tickets must be returned to
our offices in order for you to receive
a refund. Tickets should be returned via
traceable means (e.g. certified mail,
FedEx, UPS, etc.), and all requests for
refunds must be submitted in writing within
5 business days of the cancelled event.
By entering payment information and submitting
your order you understand that this will
serve as an authorized signature.
Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other
form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, it only
reflects our acknowledgment of your request
for tickets. MLB Tickets Now, Inc.
reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your
order for any reason. We may require additional
verifications or information before accepting
any order.
International Orders :

All prices, as displayed, represent United
States currency. Shipping rates vary as
listed on site. International orders may
take longer to process and ship. An e-mail

Plus's sole discretion, and without prior
notice, MLB Tickets Now may terminate
your access to the Site, cancel your ticket
order or exercise any other remedy available
and remove any unauthorized User Content,
if MLB Tickets Now believes that the
User Content you provided has violated
or is inconsistent with these Terms of
Use violated the rights of MLB Tickets
Now, another User or the law. You agree
that monetary damages may not provide
a sufficient remedy to MLB Tickets
Now for violations of these terms and
conditions and you consent to injunctive
or other equitable relief for such violations.
MLB Tickets Now may release user information
about you if required by law or subpoena,
or if the information is necessary or
appropriate to release to address an unlawful
or harmful activity. MLB Tickets Now
is not required to provide any refund
to you if you are terminated as a User
because you have violated these Terms

Disputes:

If there is any dispute about or involving

that the dispute will be governed by the
laws of the State of Illinois without
regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to personal jurisdiction by
venue in the state and federal courts

partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability,
claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of your

to provide a link to another site or to upload content
or other information to the Site.
Amusement Sales Taxes:

Events taking place within the Chicago city limits
may require the addition of sales tax to the total
order amount. Orders meeting the requirements set
forth by Chicago city law will be charged a variable
amusement tax up to 8% applied to the difference of
the retail value and the face value.
